SIEM plans, the GB/day allowance, and burst protection

Flat tiers, one meter, no overage invoices — ever.

1. 1Plans are flat monthly tiers by ingest allowance: Starter 5 GB/day ($599), Growth 15 GB/day ($1,499), Pro 30 GB/day ($2,999), Business 50 GB/day ($5,499), Enterprise 100 GB/day ($8,999). Annual billing gives 2 months free. Every tier includes unlimited sources, all detections, offenses, search, reports, and Copilot.
2. 2Retention is per tier (60/90/180/365/365 days). Starter, Growth, and Pro can add 365-day retention — common for HIPAA, PCI, and cyber-insurance requirements — from Settings.
3. 3Burst protection: usage above your allowance up to 3× is absorbed at no charge. Incidents are exactly when logs spike; you'll get a heads-up email at 80% and again in burst, but nothing is dropped and nothing extra is billed. Sustained overage means it's time for the next tier — upgrades prorate immediately.
4. 4Manage everything in the SIEM portal → Settings: upgrade, add retention, cancel (end of period), or resume. Your Security Posture Management subscription is entirely separate — changing or canceling SIEM never touches it.
