Billing, plans, and trials

Subscribe on-site, manage everything from Settings → Billing — change or cancel any time.

1. 1Signing up: create your account on cybermatic.ai (contact name, company, work email, password), verify your email with the 6-digit code, then pick your plan and pay — all without leaving the site. Payment is processed by Stripe; card details never touch Cybermatic servers.
2. 2Have a promotion code? Enter it on the Choose your plan page before paying — you'll see the discount applied and described before your card is charged.
3. 3Plan limits at a glance: Starter — 1 cloud account + Microsoft 365 + 1 identity provider, weekly scans, up to 150 assets. Growth — 5 cloud & M365 accounts, 3 identity providers, daily scans, up to 450 assets, all frameworks, remediation. Business — 10 accounts, 7 identity providers, 5 security platforms, up to 990 assets, 10 users, API access, priority support. Enterprise — custom scale, dedicated success manager, written SLA, MSA/DPA/BAA, invoicing and PO terms (Contact Sales).
4. 4Manage your subscription any time from Settings → Billing → Manage billing: update your payment method or billing address, download invoices and receipts, or cancel. Cancellations keep full access until the end of the paid period.
5. 5Enterprise customers are billed by invoice (ACH, wire, or card) with net payment terms — contact info@cybermatic.ai to set up or change an enterprise agreement.
