Trust Center: your public security page with live-verified controls

Publish a page prospects can check before sending a questionnaire — controls measured by Cybermatic, policies, and documents under NDA.

1. 1Available on Posture Growth+, SIEM Pro+, and Endpoint Protection Pro+. Open Trust Center in any portal; one page per workspace at cybermatic.ai/trust/?c=<your-slug>.
2. 2Choose the URL slug, the sections to show (all on by default — turn off any you don't want public), the security contact, and which generated compliance documents to publish as read-only PDFs.
3. 3Six controls are measured live and shown with a 'verified by Cybermatic on <date>' line: MFA, endpoint protection coverage, vulnerability management, logging & retention, encryption at rest, backups. Numbers are shown as bands (≥95%, no critical findings open) unless you turn on 'show exact figures' — exact vulnerability counts help attackers, so leave it off unless a customer requires it.
4. 4Preview shows exactly what visitors will see. Nothing is public until you click Publish; the page serves a snapshot you approved (never live data), refreshed daily. Unpublish is instant; pages are not indexed by search engines unless you opt in.
5. 5Documents under NDA: upload SOC 2 reports, penetration-test summaries, ISO certificates, or insurance certificates (PDF, up to 25 MB). The public page lists titles only. When someone requests them, you approve from the Requests inbox and choose which to release; they receive a 7-day link, type their name, accept your click-through NDA (editable in settings), and get 15-minute download links. Every acceptance and download is recorded under Access grants.
6. 6Questionnaire requests from the page email the owner and appear in the inbox with a 'Draft answers' link into Questionnaire Copilot.

Tip: If your entitlement lapses, the daily refresh unpublishes the page automatically — no stale claims stay public.
