Questionnaire Copilot: answer security questionnaires from live evidence

Upload or paste a customer's security questionnaire; get drafted answers with their evidence, review, export.

1. 1Available on Posture Growth+, SIEM Pro+, and Endpoint Protection Pro+ (annual pools: Growth 36, Pro 100, Business 250, Enterprise fair-use; the highest tier across your products counts). Open Questionnaire Copilot in any portal.
2. 2Upload the customer's .xlsx/.csv (Cybermatic guesses the question column — confirm it) or paste questions one per line, then Draft. Answers appear beneath each question.
3. 3Every answer carries one of three evidence states: Verified by Cybermatic (live technical evidence — coverage, retention, MFA findings), Document-supported (an approved policy document), or Attestation required (something Cybermatic can't measure — HR, physical security, legal). Edit any answer or change its state.
4. 4Approve to library: reviewed answers become approved sources for future questionnaires, stored with who approved them, when, and the evidence value at that moment. Nothing sends or is reused without a human approving it.
5. 5Next questionnaire: matching questions reuse approved answers automatically (marked 'From library'). If live evidence has changed since approval — say retention dropped from 365 to 180 days — the answer comes back flagged 'Conflicts with current evidence' with both values, and won't export until you resolve it.
6. 6Export back into the customer's original workbook (columns preserved, answers appended) or as a branded PDF. The Answer Library page holds company facts (used verbatim for boilerplate questions), assignments (email a teammate to attest an answer), and comments.

Tip: Fill in Company facts first — legal name, HQ, headcount, certifications, subprocessors — they answer the first page of every questionnaire.
